As soon as you approve the quote and pay a 30% deposit. We keep you updated at every stage.
Delivery and follow-up
You pay the balance on delivery and get 3 months of free bug fixes. Maintenance remains optional.
Your questions
How is it different from a consumer AI chatbot?
A consumer chatbot answers from general knowledge. Our assistant is set up for your business: it relies on your documents and tools through connectors, every user has their own account and permissions, and conversations are logged. It can also be deployed in your own environment.
How much does a business AI assistant cost?
The core package starts at €6,900 excl. VAT. You then add the connectors (from €800) and modules you need. The platform and user licences are monthly and quoted on request; maintenance starts at €99 excl. VAT per month.
Is maintenance mandatory?
It is optional with one or two connectors and required beyond that: the more tools the assistant is linked to, the more their updates need to be followed. It starts at €99 excl. VAT per month.
Can the assistant take action in our tools?
Yes, with actions: drafting and sending an email after confirmation, editing an Excel or Google Sheets file, creating or updating a record in your CRM or ERP. Every action follows the user’s permissions.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. Private deployment in your own environment (on-premise) starts at €3,900 excl. VAT, on top of the core package.
Who can access the data?
Only the users you authorise, according to their permissions. Optional extras: fine-grained permissions (RBAC), sign-in with your company accounts (SSO) and a detailed audit log.
