Frequently asked questions about our services
Do you work with individuals or only with businesses?
Both. We work with businesses (small businesses, SMEs, startups…) and individuals alike, in every sector.
Where do you work?
On site in Paris and the Île-de-France region, and remotely anywhere in France. Most of our services (AI, software, websites, automation) can be delivered remotely.
How much does an IT project cost?
Each service shows a “from” price: a website from €690, an automation audit from €690, business software from €2,490, an AI assistant from €6,900, all excluding VAT. The exact price depends on your needs: we review them with you, then send you a detailed quote before you commit to anything.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices on this website exclude VAT. For individuals, the VAT-inclusive price is shown on the quote.
How does a project work?
You tell us what you need, we send you a detailed quote, and you approve it by paying a 30% deposit. We build the project and keep you updated, then you pay the balance on delivery. After that, you get 3 months of free bug fixes.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer or card: a 30% deposit when you order, and the balance on delivery. For businesses, each invoice is payable within 30 days at most.
Do I need a subscription?
For most projects, no: maintenance is optional, from €49 excl. VAT per month. Any hosting or licences are listed separately in the quote. An AI assistant, however, runs on a monthly subscription (platform and user licences).
Who owns what you build?
You do. Once paid in full, the code and content created specifically for you are yours. We only keep our own tools and reusable building blocks.
What happens after delivery?
You get 3 months of free bug fixes. After that, we’re still here to help your project evolve, and maintenance can take over if you wish.
Why don’t you show client references?
For confidentiality reasons: the projects we deliver belong to our clients, so we don’t publish them without written consent. We’re happy to walk you through how we work when we talk.
